At Optapt LLC, Official US Kickboxing Distributor of ADIDAS Combat Sport, we stand behind the quality and performance of our products. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to ensure you have the best experience with our products.

Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your product is defective or damaged at the time of delivery, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, you can contact us at support@optapt.com If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Returns must be sent to the following address: 3021F Cottage PL, Greensboro 27455, NC.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders, personalized items, or customized logos), and personal care goods, cannot be returned. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Shipping costs for returns

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and will let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded using your original payment method within ten business days. Please remember that it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please get in touch with us at support@optapt.com.
